Since 1987 when the building was completed and the first residents moved into some barely finished apartments, there has been a feeling of accomplishment and enthusiasm. South Pointe was one of the first condominium communities to emerge at the onset of the revitalization of South Beach. In a way we were pioneers on this end of town. We have witnessed a complete transformation of the entire area. The desire and faith to create a positive community, literally from scratch, is the kind of spirit that is the make-up of those who choose to live at South Pointe. The residents of South Pointe create a condominium ambiance of friendliness and goodwill.
